terrible. They ruined my daughter's school tie then proceeded to fight with me and make me feel terrible even complaining. The person "Nick" I spoke to as an escalation point was a bully and rude. Given the reviews some have taken to write and those I've also spoke to I would not recommend you use them or waste your money.
