1. the workout space (weights and cardio) is actually quite small. During peak times you will end up waiting for somethings
2. they do offer lots of classes and the class space is large
3. the pool is not available at all times, because they share it with the swim school and aqua fit classes
4. lots of parking, even at peak times.
5. Customer service has been good always greeting when coming in and out
