Ordered just regular chips today 20/12/16 @ around 7:20pm, wasn't a very long wait at all which was good! However when my name was called to collect my food the girl who assist with placing customers food onto a plate/ takeaway bag threw my takeaway chips on the table. I looked at the staff in shock and She also gave me a bonus grease instead of a "Thank you"!
I understand it a busy time for everyone as it getting closer to Christmas. BUT that is not an excuse for bad customer service or would allow for you to throw customer/s food.
Please re-train your staff " If needed" especially the girl today!
