I have since messaged CommBank via app to close my accounts and have moved to NAB today. Mimi did not protect my privacy as I had requested, I am a little concerned about a few things being an Optus and Medicare (AHM) customer affected by the data breach and she made me feel a lot worse when I walked out of the branch today.

- Beth C Mckinnon Added May 23, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Angela at Commonwealth Bank Watergardens is completely incompetent. She put 2 mortgages on my partners loan application resulting in him being declined. Then proceeded to keep pushing a home loan with CBA when he said no several times.
Now we have to get another bank to sort out her stuff up.
Complete waste of time!

Jade has been an absolute dream explaining how the refinancing works and was able to find a better rate for us based on our circumstances. I don't have any banking background and I'm not bank/mortgage savvy so was apprehensive going in.
It was fast, easy, and we felt confident walking out. She didn't use bank jargon and was super friendly.
We had the contact's and additional amounts that evening, and those extra accounts will help me and my family budget and save.
