- Mark Johnson Added April 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As others have commented, I found Customer Service to be very poor in this particular store. The Woman at the front desk could hardly bother to lift her head, let alone raise a smile. No please or thankyou either. It's not even as if they were busy as I was the only customer! I was then told to drive around the back to collect my soundbar...For a 3kg soundbar? It's not like a large item like a tv or a fridge. When I arrived at the warehouse entrance, the store man was very helpful but then, incredibly, proceeded to pick the soundbar from inside the store! When I asked why I was told to drive all the way round to the warehouse entrance I was then told by the same woman from earlier that there was no one to pick it. Ridiculous. To be fair, I have had very positive experiences with Goodguys at other locations with the customer service excellent. However, I will not buy from this store again & some of the staff sadly lets down the repuatation of Goodguys.
