  We had a baby seat installed by the lovely Nick, such a fantastic bloke great chat and the information provided in relation to safety around our baby’s car seat was so beneficial to her safety. We had to come back a second time without an appointment make an adjustment to the seat and Nick was so willing to help us without charge! Such a great shop friendly inside the shop also. The presentation of the shop is the best I’ve seen out of all the baby bunting shops I’ve visited.

  Going to any baby bunting can be a daunting experience.
  With a wide variety of options available, one doesn't know where to start, what to look at and what to buy or even ones personal needs.
  
  From the initial discovery phase to buying multiple items, my experience here is been nothing short of gratitude.
  
  Anna (sales) is the one person who really stands out. She listened, helped us and narrowed down our requirements.
  Provided us the best option and just made us feel really comfortable with the purchase/ lay buy options.
  Anna was someone we could really rely on.
  
  Car seat installation was done by David and he again helped us understand how everything works and was happy to repeat the process when it looked bit too overwhelming. David was passionate about a child's safety and would recommend him.
  
  I went to baby buntings ( hoppers Crossing) closer to where I live and the experience was nothing short of horrible.
  
  But Anna at Taylor's Lake baby bunting made the experience very comforting.
  
  What can change - just two options for Glider chairs are a bit less to choose from.
  
  Would I recommend this Baby bunting- YES!

  So annoyed. Based in the recommendation by a staff member, we purchased a booster seat to fit in the middle of our current car seats. (We have 2 Britax maxi guard pros on each side -our kids are tall) Even tested it before purchasing to confirm the fit. "When the baby seat goes back to a rear facing, it'll fit even easier." This however wasn't the case. It didn't fit. At all. It was the slimmest one we could possibly find and it was still a struggle.
  I've just been back to the store to return the booster and ended up having to defend myself and argue with the man for 15 minutes to convince him to refund it because it simply doesn't fit. Why should i have to argue for a refund for an item that even though was recommended by your staff, does t meet our requirements? Then he says to me "Maybe you should consider replacing the current car seats or get a bigger car." Seriously?! I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and already stressing over this and he suggests I buy a bigger car?! Zero sensitivity or common sense. This man needs some help with his customer service skills. I love Baby Bunting, but I won't be coming back to this store again. I'd rather drive the additional 30 minutes to another store.

  Couldn’t recommend this store enough! The store has such variety and doesn’t shy away from quality and a good price! The staff are absolutely lovely and so knowledgeable about all of the products. Dessy was AMAZING, she knew absolutely everything there is to baby products which made my life so much easier!! Definitely will be back to buy more baby products!

  We had a very awful experience with Baby Bunting while trying to install a baby car seat.
  The technician damaged the headliner and ruined my brand-new car, as a result of nonstandard installation.
  The damage is substantial and I received an official quote from my supplier worth about $2400.
  Now it is about three months that Baby Bunting is wasting my time by making excuses and yet has not paid the vehicle damage reimbursement.
  I will soon submit my complaint to consumers affairs Victoria.
  This is a heads up for you not to take your brand new cars to Baby Bunting, since the technician may be so inexperienced and can destroy your car.
  
  Again, Baby Bunting did not bother to really contact us. The worse customer care ever. See attached the damaged and original headliner.
