  Very unprofessional customer service this evening. Female staff member talking and laughing inside with another 4 males while I waited for someone to open the pump. In the end I had to walk in and ask for it to be done and they all acted like I was disturbing/interrupting them!!

  Today, we went to 7-eleven, the behaviour of staff member Named 'SIVA', he was very rude and arrogant with us and he said that he don't have any responsibility and manager is responsible for everything.
  When we said to staff member you should be polite with your customer and he said go away.

  Too low than 7 11 standards. Second time came here for coffee and both machines were broken again like last time and the guy gave me same last time look( How dare you to enter store).
  When i came out and tried to clean my windscreen with squeeze, it scratched it because there was no ‘Rubber’ in it .

  Clean and welcoming. Friendly staff, coffee was as good as it gets when not made by a barista (drinkable and OK), with skinny available. Offers batteries, snacks, drinks and lunch. Vegetarian and vegan friendly. Always a good deal on the app, too.

  Shocked at the customer service of this joint. I mean who makes people wait 10 minutes in the blistering cold to open a pump? And when I finally got to fill up I was told that he was in the back sorting out his "nightfill duties"! Whoever is employing in this servo needs to bring up there standards a bit. And another thing, why is there selective pump authorisation? A few nights before that I went to pump fuel and There was a guy a two pumps away from me who was aloud to pump fuel and than I was given authority than told that I had to prepay what happened in those split seconds that changed for the guy behind (Same guy btw) the counter to change his mind. When I asked what happened he refused to answer. Taylors lake's pick up your game or I won't be pumping here again.

  Use to be great 20 years ago and has slowly declined in quality and service over the years. Dirty store and unfriendly staff members that struggle to speak English.
  If you need petrol, make sure you go before 8pm, otherwise its 'prepaid'.
